Refund Policy

Thirty days, no questions asked

If Platbound isn't for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of payment and you get a full refund. No reason required, no form to argue with.

Write to support@platbound.com, or go straight to Paddle — our Merchant of Record and the seller of your purchase — using the receipt Paddle emailed you. Either route works; the money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from Paddle's customer portal, linked from your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Free trial

Cancel the 7-day free trial before it converts and you are never charged at all.
